Greek Yoghurt

A nutrient-rich traditional Greek yoghurt with a smooth, silky texture and a subtle tang.
This Greek Yoghurt is free from artificial additives, antibiotics, and added hormones. It is simply sheep milk combined with probiotic cultures – that is all. Feel comforted. Sheep milk’s unique composition, combined with yoghurt's naturally low levels of lactose, makes for a kinder option when it comes to digestion.
Kefir

Sheep’s milk contains great health properties. Kefir is fantastic for your gut and overall health, with a mild and tangy taste that reaps all the benefits. Filled to the brim with probiotics.
Cultured Sheep Butter

Cultured butter is a European-style butter made by fermenting cream with lactic acid bacteria and then churning it to separate the butterfat from the buttermilk. The more pronounced butter flavour is like nothing you've ever tasted before!
Labneh
335g (Glass)
Labneh is extremely versatile and can be used in all the same ways as cream cheese, but it elevates the dish with its creaminess, tang, and subtle salty flavour. It’s also a great healthy alternative to cream cheese. Bake with it, use it for dips, dollop it on pizza, smear it on bagels, or whatever the taste buds desire.
Have peace of mind knowing that this Labneh is free from artificial additives, antibiotics, and added hormones.
Artisanal Grass-Fed Cow Butter

Halloumi

Halloumi cheese is a salty, brined cheese that originates from the Mediterranean, and is traditionally made from sheep milk. The cheese is high in Omega 3 fatty acids (beneficial fatty acids). Also, the cheese has a high level of Vitamins A, E, and antioxidants, as well as high levels of CLA. (Conjugated Linoleic Acid.)
Halloumi is suitable for those who are sensitive to lactose.

Honey

Our honey is sourced from Honeywood Farm in Heidelberg. It is raw, unheated, untreated, and packed with goodness.
Each batch will vary in colour and taste depending on where it was harvested. Creamy bright yellow to intense, rich, chocolate hues.
Ricotta

Our Ricotta is made from sheep milk whey and sheep milk. It is pure white. It has an intense milky scent, a creamy and velvety consistency. The flavour is sweet, fresh and refined, yet intense and complex. This classic cooking cheese is perhaps most well-known for lasagna. It can be used to dollop on pizza, make pancakes, cheesecake and so much more! Try it warm with some honey and a little sprinkle of nuts.

Milk

FROZEN
Sheep milk is naturally A2 protein milk, making it a more easily-digestible dairy. It is a rich source of proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals with double the protein and calcium of bovine milk, and contains all the essential amino acids.
The unique composition and A2-type qualities allow sheep milk to be easily digested. Many who are sensitive to other dairy-based products can tolerate this milk.
