This Greek Yoghurt is free from artificial additives, antibiotics, and added hormones. It is simply sheep milk combined with probiotic cultures – that is all. Feel comforted. Sheep milk’s unique composition, combined with yoghurt's naturally low levels of lactose, makes for a kinder option when it comes to digestion.

Labneh is extremely versatile and can be used in all the same ways as cream cheese, but it elevates the dish with its creaminess, tang, and subtle salty flavour. It’s also a great healthy alternative to cream cheese. Bake with it, use it for dips, dollop it on pizza, smear it on bagels, or whatever the taste buds desire.

Halloumi cheese is a salty, brined cheese that originates from the Mediterranean, and is traditionally made from sheep milk. The cheese is high in Omega 3 fatty acids (beneficial fatty acids). Also, the cheese has a high level of Vitamins A, E, and antioxidants, as well as high levels of CLA. (Conjugated Linoleic Acid.)
Halloumi is suitable for those who are sensitive to lactose.

Our honey is sourced from Honeywood Farm in Heidelberg. It is raw, unheated, untreated, and packed with goodness.
Each batch will vary in colour and taste depending on where it was harvested. Creamy bright yellow to intense, rich, chocolate hues.

Our Ricotta is made from sheep milk whey and sheep milk. It is pure white. It has an intense milky scent, a creamy and velvety consistency. The flavour is sweet, fresh and refined, yet intense and complex. This classic cooking cheese is perhaps most well-known for lasagna. It can be used to dollop on pizza, make pancakes, cheesecake and so much more! Try it warm with some honey and a little sprinkle of nuts.
